Deserved

Summary:

So honestly, izuku Midoriya should have expected it. Shouta was after all very transparent and blunt.
____
Aizawa's revenge and discovery of how badly his former class is doing.

Notes:

Okay, so let me explain something. The reason this dynamic works in my head is because Izuku is the number one hero in this. Dudes got enough power and control of the situation that he isn't in a power dynamic that's unsafe.
Of course, this isn't for everyone and even so in IRL situations like these, there should be a lot more cautious and care but this is just fiction!

Chapter 1: the first step

Chapter Text

Aizawa shouta is many things, with a plethora of lebels to define him. With Grumpy and anti social being the most frank and noticeable ones. However, there is one thing that Aizawa shoutha is undoubtedly, a petty ass motherfucker.

He's the type of hero to punch a little harder and in places that'll hurt a bit more if you mess with he's friends. He's the type of petty to make his students work extra hard in the next day of classes for their mistakes instead of yelling at them to stop.

So honestly, izuku Midoriya should have expected it. Shouta was after all very transparent and blunt.

It had started innocently enough, with Izuku making fun of Aizawa for his reaction on their first meet-up after 6 years. It had been light hearted and Aizawa could definitely see why it was funny.

But the problem was, Izuku was a little shit and after being a pro for 6 years and most of his anxiety finally being gone... Izuku made fun of Aizawa every time they saw each other. Which has been a lot of meetings recently.

Originally, Aizawa had orchestrated the meetings, wanting to see the number one hero of Japan get mugged was just something too amusing to miss.

But once Izuku figured out what Aizawa was doing, he started to turn Aizawa's little show into an actual show. He'd make the most dramatic actions while getting mugged but he would also use disguises to see if Aizawa would be able to figure out it's him.

There had been one day when Aizawa hadn't figured out Izuku was the person he had assumed was a girl. He had even walked 'the girl' to a convince store, with her backstory being a deaf girl who needed to buy hygiene products.

Izuku ended up taunting him with cards on rooftops giving him hints about wrong people after that.

It had turned into a game of cat and mouse since then.

Once a week Aizawa would take patrol at the places he knew Izuku would be and they'd do their little dance before going back to their daily lives.

It was nice and added a element to Aizawas life that he didn't know he was missing.

It was fun, nice in a way that he wasn't exactly sure how to explain.

The only problem was Izuku Midoriya was wining and Aizawa couldn't do anything about that.

Aizawa was still at work while their little game happened and Aizawa couldn't let his performance be worsen by it, so he helped everyone and did everything as he should. While Izuku toyed with him like he was the cat and not the other way around.

The little shit had a little too much fun with disguises, acting like a civilian, etc.

Sometimes he would do loud performances with criminals that were actually bad instead of ones with issues. He even had the self confidence to stay around with the police, give his statement and pretend to fall in love with Eraserhead as his savior.

With all that being said, Aizawa was very ready to get some well deserved revenge. And maybe, some would say usuing nedzu was cheating but Aizawa just calls that usuing his resources right.

He had taught all of his students to do the same and it was also fair because it was very unlikely that the amazing disguises didn't have anything to do with all the resources Izuku Midoriya had as the number one hero.

So it's only logical that Aizawa went to Nedzu and set him on the idea of the number one hero of japan tagging along at the UA summer camp event.

It would show the schools commitment to teaching the kids and helps solidifyUA's reputation which was still recovering from the war, be a publicity stunt for Izuku so his company would agree as it boosts his image as being the loveable person who's not above reach no matter how much he gains. But on top of all that good stuff, it would allow Aizawa to be in control of Izuku Midoriya and their surroundings.

Yes, Aizawa would definitely be making Izuku pay.

_______

"What did you dooo???" The number one hero of japan yelled, waking into Aizawa's class on a random Thursday.

Honestly, Aizawa didn't expect his plan to turn out the way it did.

Apparently most of the hell class hadn't taken a day off in ages, all of them being too used to overworking themselves.

So instead of what was originally his plan of bothering Izuku for a week had turned into a multi-hero mission to get, Izuku, Bakugo, Todoroki, Ochako, Mina and Kirishima to take the week off.

Honestly, it was better.

Aizawa had no idea about the bad habits of his former hell class.

They were all important to him because they had fought a war together and no matter what anyone said that changed their dynamics dramatically. They weren't just some kids Aizawa would teach and forget about, never.

They were people who were important to him. People who's opinions, actions and thoughts had saved Aizawa's life many times over just as much as the other way around.

They felt his equal simply because their experiences made them his equal.

He didn't want them to grow up so fast like that, but they did and the least he could do was respect that.

Respect the fact that they deserved to be treated not just like kids but also like people who were experienced, and he had tried hard to find that balance while they were in school.

And he still does.

Shockingly enough, almost dying with someone brings you close in a way where you can be close to someone without talking to them for years.

"Revenge" Aizawa answered simply, ignoring the shocked class sitting infront of him.

"Whaa, but 'Zawaaa!"

"I don't know anyone named Zawa"

"Oh come on shouta, how could you do this to me? People need me!" Aizawa could see a very thin control on izukus anger snap as he said that. He wasn't simply jokingly upset, no this was someone who didn't know how to function without work, someone plagued by fears he was force fed at the school they stood in.

Fears that didn't pass with the war.

"Izuku, I'm in the middle of a class. We can talk in 10, go wait in my office"

Aizawa could see the anger crumble as worry filled it at Aizawa's clam tone.

"Okay"
