Summary
When Chat Noir finds Marinette crying on her balcony, he’s immediately there for her.
Marinette has been left alone to deal with the stress and trauma her life as ladybug has given her, and Marinette develops severe depression and anxiety, with none of her friends have any idea what goes on in her mind.
But with Chat, all of that changes. When he holds her, she feels ok, whole. And so he keeps coming, every night, and is there for her in any way she needs. Whether it’s watching movies until 3am or holding her as she cries, he’s always there. As Adrien, he does his best to be there for Marinette and show her she really does have a friend.
And then feelings get involved, and suddenly everything is even more confusing, on top of both of their issues.
