Listen. The bathroom was just too far. Kaoru found that by the time he cleaned himself off, walked to the bathroom, pissed, washed his hands, and came back, he was already out of the zone he had spent the last few hours cultivating. He came back to his studio uninspired and had to work to get back to where he was. Wouldn’t it just be much more inconvenient if the bathroom were closer? Unfortunately, Kaoru hadn’t taken that into consideration when he chose his studio, and he couldn’t deal with potential closures due to construction.
