It had been a really rough day at work. Your boss was rude as ever and it was a rush day so that didn't help.. You were planning on going to the mega pizza plex today with your friends but sadly it burned down. Even though it was getting late you headed in the direction of the burned pizza plex curious if you could find anything interesting. Surprisingly when you got there the huge building was destroyed. Ashes. You spent a while searching through the ruins careful to not get caught. Suddenly a black car approaches and you duck down behind a desk with the words “superst ycare" written on it. You couldn't asume what it said because some of it was burned off. Some teenagers hopped out of the car rowdily and started searching through the ruins. You certainly didn't wanna get caught in a knot with them so you started to sneak your way around them. Being the unlucky person you are, you got spotted as soon as you ran. "Hey guys! Someone else is here!" the boys started towards you. You froze. Scared if you ran they'd chase you back home.
When they stood right in front of you you squeaked out a "hi.” And they burst out laughing.
Taken aback by their rudeness you crossed your arms and spoke up more saying "What's so funny?" they stopped laughing and stared at you. "What did you say to me? " one of them said, their eyebrows furrowing.
Startled by his sternness you look away and whisper "nothing". You quickly say "have a nice day" and you start to walk away hurriedly. "Yeah right " one of them say. He grabs your arm and pulls you in. He raises his hand into a fist as the others cheer him on. You close your eyes ready for impact. You hear a 'clang' noise even though you are not hit and then you gasp as you open your eyes. A tall lanky yellow animatronic was standing between you and the teen. The teen lets go and runs away along with his friends.
The sun themed animatronic turns around his striped yellow and red burned pants, and on his wrist ribbons with bells on them.. "Hello friend." He says in a cheery voice. Stunned you stare.
"U-umm friend?" he says his ashy yellow rays sinking in on his head a bit. "Sorry I- I just wasn't expecting you to help me." you say shyly. "Well I couldn't just let them hurt you!" he says with a giggle. "Yeah thank you-" you smile politely. There was a pause until you spoke up. "Anyways Its getting dark i should go" you say. "O-oh yeah. " He says practically sighing. "Heh heh. Bye friend!" he says as you start to walk away. You wave at him. Nearing your car, you look back The sun-themed animatronic was sitting still with his head hung low. He looked defeated and sad. You couldnt just leave him there. He would probably just get thrown away. Not thinking you called him over. He looks at you tilting his head. You call again. He gets up and runs over to you. “Yes sunshine?" he says gleaming. You sigh. "Get in" you say opening the door. "W-what?" he questions looking at you. "i said get in, if you stay here they will probably just trough you out" you say. He stares at you then back at the rubbish. “O-okay." he says ducking in you get in the car and help him buckle his seatbelt. What were you doing? Along the road you ask for his name in which he responds “sundrop, or sunny" he says staring out the window. He turns around. “What's your name sunshine?' he says. "Y/n" you smile. “Oh what a wonderful name!” Sun cheers.
