To preface- This is my first fic that I'm actually planning on doing; I don't really have a solid plan or anything but constructive criticism is always welcome! Also they're def. going to be OOC, I'm not going to lie to y'all. With that out of the way- - -
You are a brand new hire at the Pizzaplex! Armed with programming and robotics, as well as child care training you were an amazing candidate. You've gotten the role of "Handler" for the daycare attendant and you're ecstatic! You adore kids and the animatronics have always interested you, including all the lore behind the company you've heard over the years- You're a bit confused because you can't really tell if you're taking care of one animatronic or two, hearing references to Sun AND Moon but only seeing the schematics for one bot... You're sure it's nothing you can't handle, though.
Sun and Moon are wary- They've had handlers before, none have been very kind or... Good... At their job and they always seem to leave far too soon... They're not very hopeful about this new hire for them, [Y/N] sounds nice enough on paper but they've been deceived before...

‘To Whom it May Concern: It has come to my attention that one of your entertainment facilities in ########, ## suffered a fire early this morning. One of your animatronics, ‘Sundrop,’ survived the incident and traveled to the hospital several miles from there. I found him alone near my car after my shift. He has some minor damage to his body and while I lack a baseline for his operative functioning, he is talkative and generally pleasant. Please email or call me to arrange an appropriate pick-up time. “Anything you want to add, or is this okay?” I asked Sundrop.
“Hmm….OH! Let them know that I miss my little friends SO VERY VERY MUCH and want to come back to them soon. They need me!” Sundrop scooted closer to hover over my shoulder.
I thought for a moment and added this line to the end:‘PS: Sundrop tells me that he is very concerned for the welfare of the children he attends and desires to return to his duties as soon as possible.’
“MUCH better,” Sundrop nodded. He threw his arms around me and squeezed tight, “You write really really REALLY GOOD letters! They sound so sophisticated and official!”
