“I mean, technically, I wasn’t eavesdropping.” Denki shoves another bite of food in his mouth, avoiding Izuku’s reproachful gaze. “But yeah, Touya says the party is supposed to be lit and he says the stage door is going to be left open and mostly unattended so it wouldn’t be hard to sneak in.”
“You know who his father is, don’t you?” Izuku asks, looking around the cafeteria before lowering his voice to speak again. “He’s a big time Yakuza boss.”
“Even better.” Katsuki meets the wide-eyed looks of his friends with a sly smirk. He doesn’t know what it is, but something about the thought of being where he shouldn’t and with potentially dangerous people makes warmth pool in his gut. Besides, it’s not like anything’s really gonna happen.
