“I can't believe we've been at this for six hours," groaned Gojyo as he slid yet another incomprehensible scroll onto a library shelf.
Hakkai sighed and took the scroll out and placed it on another, lower, shelf, and said, "It would take considerably less time if you looked at the scrolls and put them away correctly the first time."
Sanzo smirked and said nothing, but his silence suggested Gojyo better take Hakkai's advice and get the task at hand wrapped up in a timely manner.
"Damn monks and their library fetishes," Gojyo muttered after a particularly dusty scroll caused a sneezing fit, "the sun is going down, and my libido with it."
Sanzo's smirk turned malicious: "If you hadn't been playing around in here and knocked all the scrolls off the shelves, none of us would be here; so the sooner you finish this up, the sooner we get you going down on the scrolls that really matter."
