   Summary

   Regulus Black is eleven years old when he first meets James Potter. He doesn’t like him. It’s not that he’s jealous of James, not at all. It’s not that Sirius called James the brother he never had. It’s not anything. Regulus just doesn’t like him. It's his fifth year when Regulus realizes he doesn’t dislike James at all. In fact, he may actually be in love with him.

   Everyone likes James Potter. Half the school is in love with him, for Merlin's sake. There's the minor exception of Lily Evans, but James has always been sure he'll win her over eventually. But Regulus Black doesn't like James, either, and James is determined to change that.
