    What if instead of All for One finding Shigaraki, All-Might got to him first? What if after that, All-Might not only tries to be there for Shigaraki but ends up adopting him too? A lot could happen if a single thing is changed, like how the League of Villains do what they can to get their hands on Shigaraki. It be easy, if had Shigaraki not become like a brother to Deku and had great classmates in U.A.
