Summary
Mick was coming unannounced because this place was his second home, and the Vettels repeated all his teenage years that he could come whenever he wanted, and finally managed to convince him by giving him a set of keys.
“I knew you would come.”
When Mick got rid of his shoes and looked up again at the older German who had stayed strangely silent, he asked:
“What do you have to tell me?”
Sebastian looked quickly down and then up again, meeting his eyes.
“Charles is here.”
Mick clenched his teeth.
