Asami ♡ (11:38 am): wait up, im at the stop light, Opal caught me.

Korra grumbled, and tapping her foot, she was wearing a black shirt tucked in black slacks, and some loafers asami got her last easter. she's at the other side of the building, their college is parted to two. the middle is a street. asami said she would just go there at her building since her car is parked there. But its taking soooo long and korra didn't get to eat because she woke late for their first class only to find the classroom deserted because the professor announced late that there will be no classes. She sighed and held her tummy. She looked at her phone again, okay she's going where asami at.
At the stoplight from the other side of the building, she saw asami talking to bolin and what she thinks asami and opal's classmates. there was a bench near the gate and bolin was talking to opal and asami seems to want to getaway but was like being questioned, maybe about their project?
"Korra! You don't have class? I thought you have class at 11?" Bolin greeted her, hearing korra's name, asami immediately looked at their way. Korra gave her a pointed look. "uhh, yeah, I have class, but the professor announced that there will be no classes due to personal reasons, and it was late when she said it." Bolin nodded. "Asami?" she asked her, and held her hands, they can do that, their friends are used to them being all touchy-feely. "Give me a minute, hmm?" Asami said and squeezed her hand. So, she sat beside bolin, still holding asami's hand.
Bolin kept conversing with her along with opal, but she was really hungry, and when she is, she really can't focus on anything aside from food. She kept thinking what they would eat, she suddenly craved for some sashimi and sushi. Asami does know some fancy restaurant that sold sashimi and sushi... and maybe some chicken wings too... she really can't decide because, first of, she really is hungry, second, she is hungry, third, asami still ain't done discussing with whatever. She whined, "babyyyy can we please just eat? I haven't eaten since last night." Bolin, Opal, and the other 3 stopped talking, and asami gives her a pointed look but with humor in her eyes.
"What?" Bolin and Opal said in unison. But korra didn't backed down in pouting and getting asami's attention. "Can we wrap this up first? I'll just get your info through opal." Asami said politely.
the classmates just nodded, still dumbfounded with what just occured. "Wait wait wait wait wait... 'baby'???? you two didn't bother telling us??" Korra huffed. "We can explain this, when the beast is fed." Asami said and chuckled. Opal and Asami pulled their lovers, one who's pouting, one who's completely shocked.
"I can't believe you didn't even tell me!" Bolin said after recovering. they were now seated inside asami's pickup. "Asami! It's betrayal! I thought I was the baby bro you never had??"
Asami chuckled and just started the engine. "Where does the love of my life want to dine?" Asami asked as korra turns on the necessities. "I've been craving for japanese cuisine! Please oh master korra! Let us dine in any japanese cuisine." Korra looked at bolin at the back seat. "We always have the same appetite bo!" turning to asami, "Japanese restaurant? I'm craving for sashimi and sushi so bad!"
"Shinjuku's it is." Asami said and drove.

With their meals served, korra wasted no time eating immediately. "Sooo? explain?" Asami carefully splits her chopsticks and picks her sashimi. "We wanted to keep it lowkey first just to savor the so-called alone time, BUT we would eventually tell you all about us."
"We're kind of hurt you didnt tell us still." Bolin said with a pout. Opal cooed at him, "Oh bolin, it's not like we didn't see this one coming? like they're always at each other's hip." Opal then wiped some sauce at the edge of bolin's lips. "Mako would not believe this though! Both of her exes! together!" Bolin laughed. Korra still devouring her wagyu. "You won't even talk?" Opal asked. Asami chuckled. "She hasn't eaten anything since last night that's why she's really hungry."
"I texted mako to meet us here before he goes to his class." Korra said as she drank her water. "Oh! I would really like to his face when he hears the news!"
when mako arrived, he didn't give bolin that satisfication. "Yeah, I don't know why you didn't see before. They're always at each other's hip, and they always gone and back at the same time."
Bolin pouted, "but they're besties! They always do that way before!" He said trying to defend himself for not seeing it before. "But not often as before." Bolin looked at Opal for rescue. "I'm sorry, honey, but mako's got this one."
Bolin pouted that only got Opal kissing his cheeks.
