   Summary

   When Shouto reveals his blue flames at the school's Sports Festival, all the hell breaks loose.
   Everyone from pro heroes to villains alike are wondering if the rumors about Endeavor's questionable parenting are true. Was his firstborn son's death truly a tragic accident or was his death murder? What kind of connection is there between Shouto Todoroki and the vigilante Blueflames best known as Dabi in the underground circles? The HPSC really wants to know the answer to the last one and how much of a coverup will they have to do to hide it.
