   Summary

   Operation Warlord is supposed to be the turning point of the Long War against ADVENT and the aliens. Not only is XCOM gunning for the liberation of the entire North American continent, it is also a message for the entire world, both the Outskirts and what's left of Earth. XCOM lives, says the message, and we're taking the planet back.

   So what happens when you put six XCOM operatives, one local interpreter and a gigantic operation with multiple moving parts smack dab into yet another high fantasy medieval quarantine zone filled with sexually-driven monster girls and the human-led crusading extremists opposing the aforementioned monster girls, with explicit orders not to bring back a single fiance to base?

   A lot of headaches and a lot of stolen Generation Kill plot points, as Dawson can attest to. After all, the Long War is long, hard, bloody and fucking weird, as always.
