Peter is about to reveal his identety to the world. He asked Steve to help him, because Peter had had a lot of bulshit to take from his classmates. Peter had underestimated what amount of mischief the american hero hold close and dear to his chest.

I tried to focuse the stories on the people listed, but well Tony Stark bargued into each and every story, because Peter Parker is his intern.
So yeah, Tony Stark is also in every story.
