In most stories, it’d be the prince who’d come rushing to save the princess.
It’s just as well that he really isn’t a princess, and how Kunigami is a piss-poor representative of a prince.
He isn’t shackled by anything, because his legs are fast enough to outrun anything that would want to chain him down. He isn’t some princess willing to wait on top of a tower for some prince who might never come.
Just as well, because Kunigami is unworthy of being called a ‘prince’, with how he’s gotten himself lost on his way to the destination. At the beginning of it all, they’re Team Z, one that should claw up from being the last place.
Giving up isn’t allowed. Giving up on one’s own ideals is even more unacceptable. Doing everything possible to get their dream is a matter of course, but that doesn’t include losing one’s heart and allowing one to be nothing but a dull armor.
In most stories, it’d be the prince who’d come rushing to save the princess.
It’s just as well that he’s Chigiri Hyouma instead of a pampered princess, and he’s coming to literally knock some sense into Kunigami’s head, no matter what.
