    This is set in an alternate universe where **SPOILER** after Kathy dies, Elliot moves away from New York and the NYPD and becomes a detective at Miami Police Department.
    Also, go easy on me - I really struggle with writing Y/N POV, so I create an original character to better fill in characterizations as I write. I know it can bother some people, but I prefer it.

    Still dealing with the trauma of whatever happened to him in New York, Detective Harper Conrad of the MPD is paired with the mysterious and new Detective Stabler.
    But as their partnership develops into friends with benefits as Elliot uses sex to cope with his trauma, Harper finds herself stuck in love with her partnering and superior detectives unable to tell him how she feels without losing him, but unable to break away from the bail he has set on her.
