   Summary

   Somewhere in between sleep and consciousness, Beatrice became aware of an arm gently wrapped around her waist. She sank into the familiar warmth of the person behind her and let her body settle, closing her eyes and losing her battle with consciousness again. When she woke next, that comfortable warmth was gone and the sound of the shower filled the space between her and her roommate.
