Work Text:
Jimin comes out of the bathroom, hair still damp, to find Minjeong lounging on the sofa, hair already dry, scrolling through her iPad in the soft glow of the lamp on the dimmest setting.
“What’re you doing? That kiss wasn’t enough for you?” She teases in a whisper, making her way over to the hairdryer.
“Yeah. Your girlfriend wants more,” Minjeong throws back at her playfully as she puts her iPad aside. Jimin’s heart skips a beat, because she can’t get used to the idea of Minjeong as her girlfriend.
She looks over to see Minjeong grinning at her, and her heart melts.
Deciding her hair is dry enough, she plops down on the sofa beside Minjeong, who immediately snuggles into her side. Jimin slides an arm around her, and they stay like that in a comfortable silence for a bit.
Minjeong is quiet, and Jimin looks down to see her drifting off. She watches her, a smile subconsciously growing on her face, until suddenly Minjeong opens her eyes and sees Jimin staring right at her.
The younger girl averts her eyes, deliberately not making eye contact, but Jimin persists, not looking away. Minjeong finally relents and locks her gaze with Jimin, whose smile grows.
Jimin’s eyes are so soft and hold so much love. Minjeong can’t help but feel proud that she’s the only one Jimin looks at like that.
Jimin’s eyes drop to Minjeong’s lips again of their own accord. She sees Minjeong notice, who smirks slightly. Jimin takes that as affirmation and leans in softly.
Minjeong reciprocates eagerly, and Jimin can’t think of anything else, because Minjeong’s fresh scent is overpowering her senses, and she’s such a good kisser.
She leans forward, trapping Minjeong against the sofa armrest and tilting her head to deepen the kiss.
The creak of a door interrupts them, and they hastily pull away from each other. Aeri shuffles into the living room, her hair messy from sleep. She jumps a bit when she sees Jimin on top of Minjeong on the sofa, then grins.
“Minjeong-ah, your lips are all bruised again. Jiminie needs to be more careful,” she throws over her shoulder as she disappears into the kitchen.
Jimin feels her cheeks burn, and she looks down at Minjeong to see the same. “How did she figure that out so fast?” she hisses.
Minjeong shrugs under her, then giggles. “Let’s give her even more to consider.”
Jimin grins, knowing exactly what Minjeong means. She drops her head and captures Minjeong’s lips again, this time deliberately making her movements wilder and rougher. Minjeong follows suit, opening her mouth to give Jimin access and moaning enthusiastically when Jimin slips her tongue in.
Jimin knows she’s hamming it up, but she can’t help being turned on by her girlfriend’s noises.
Aeri comes out of the kitchen and gives a satisfying gasp of shock at their act, although they can’t see her expression as they’re too tangled up together. They hear her footsteps recede, and her door closing.
Minjeong pulls away, grinning in satisfaction. “Did you hear her gasp? That was awesome.”
Jimin nods, but she’s preoccupied with something else. “Your lips are really bruised. Does it hurt?” She pulls Minjeong closer.
The younger shakes her head. “Don’t worry.”
Next to them, Minjeong’s iPad lights up with a notification, and they both notice it’s almost 2am.
Jimin turns off the lamp and slides off the sofa. “C’mon, we have a schedule tomorrow.”
Minjeong whines, clinging onto her arm. “Don’t wanna.” And Jimin feels herself giving in at her girlfriend’s baby voice.
“Fine, we’ll go to your room.” She pulls Minjeong up, and the latter follows behind her like an obedient puppy as she leads the way to Minjeong’s room and pushes open the door.
Minjeong immediately slides into bed and curls under the covers, and Jimin flops down on the beanbag in the corner.
“Come here, it’s cold.” Minjeong beckons, and Jimin gladly moves to her and climbs into the bed next to her.
The bed is only a twin-size so they’re both cramped, but Jimin barely notices, relishing Minjeong’s warmth pressing into her side instead.
They cuddle into each other in the dark, broken only by the dim glow of moonlight from the window.
“Jimin unnie,” Minjeong breaks the comfortable silence.
“Mmm?”
“I’m yours.” The younger’s eyes are closing, and her voice is laced with sleepiness.
Jimin smiles. Her heart feels so full. “You’re mine.”
