Being new girl to Myoui Mina is the most common state for her.

Her dad worked in the military, so Mina's family constantly moved — not only to the cities of Japan, and it all started with this, but also to countries. Mina managed to visit France in Paris, travel around America, she even visited Africa and China. The list of her movements can be kept indefinitely, but all this had its advantages. Languages. Mina had a predisposition to languages, their understanding and rapid learning, and later assimilation. Wherever she had to be, the girl quickly joined the company and even talked to her peers without a special accent. But not always Mia had success, unfortunately.

When the Japanese military family finally settled in a new place, Mina realized that Korean (oh, they really moved to South Korea) it was for her the most difficult language of all that she had to learn. And before going to school in a new place, she spent days and nights learning the language so that she would not fall into the dirt in front of her classmates.

And Myoui Mina was too self-critical of herself, but that's a slightly different story.

"Oh, look, fresh blood", a slightly nasty voice of one of the girls, Mina's future classmate, was heard.

She looked her up and down, while chewing gum in the ugliest way.

Mina looked at her, frowning a little, and did not even understand what this inspection was about. Is it something like a "will you be the new cheeky girl" scanner or what?

"You still love her, Jen", another stranger said.

Apparently it was her best friend. Mina could smell such people a mile away, but she didn't say anything to these two people, she just walked past them, touching them randomly with her shoulders.

"Be careful walking, Japanese, otherwise it may be your last steps", the above-mentioned Jennie began to pour out threats to the pink-haired one, but Mina smiled wryly at her, stopping abruptly on the spot and turning around.

"Look, duuuude, as if your own words did not come out sideways to you".

Kim Jennie still got what she deserved when she climbed not on a Mine, but on Park Jihyo. Jihyo and Jennie didn't get along for a long time, and even no one else knew why everything turned out this way. The teachers found it difficult to find an answer to the same question, denying that they simply did not get along with their characters. But Jennie was so splashing poison in the direction of Jihyo, she said so many terrible words that Mina could not stand it. She got up (this was all happening in the school cafeteria, of course, in full view, as it should be, because it was another performance of Kim Jennie for the hungry school public not to eat — scandals) from her seat, holding a glass of cold tea in her hands, went up to Jennie and poured it on her hair. Was Mina right? No, of course not. But that didn't mean that Jennie was allowed to do everything, right down to insulting a classmate.

"What are you doing, flawed? Do you even know who my mom is?" she screamed so hard, eager to attract everyone and get pity and sympathy in other people's eyes. A pitiful sight.

"Well, who? Although, let me guess", Mina was probably some kind of fearless, since she calmly talked to Jen and was not even afraid of her. "Is she an upstart like you, who doesn't know how to raise you properly? Or, oh, she didn't care about you and left-wing people were engaged in education in general?"

Jihyo, on the other hand, watched this from the side, looking at Mina with admiration. She wouldn't call herself weak, no one would dare call Jihyo weak when it came to Jennie. Her mother is one of the investors of this school, Jen is something of an elite, a golden bone, so she always got away with everything. And when Kim swung at Mina to hit her, Mina dodged and accidentally tripped her up so that she flew to the floor and began to moan pitifully in pain (of course, she didn't hit much, or she didn't hit at all, but Kim Jennie worked for the public. However, everything was filmed by her classmates for a long time, so she had no chance).

Two months have passed since that incident. Mina, except for a reprimand, did nothing, but Jihyo thanked her with an awkward kiss on the cheek, mildly embarrassed after that. To this day, they are inseparable, seriously.

"I'm free. Have you been waiting long?" Jihyo quickly descended the stairs and bumped into the youngest with a strong hug. She had extra ones, and Mina basically stayed to go home with Jihyo.

"No, I managed to go to our favorite pastry shop and bought us a snack", the Japanese woman smiled broadly and held out a box of sweets. Jihyo immediately opened it, thanking her friend for such a gesture.

On one of the cakes was written "for the best", and for some reason Park raised her eyebrows in surprise, because then she saw a small note. Her heart began to beat so fast, so fast that it took her breath away.

"God, Minari, you're so wonderful", Jihyo hugged Mina again, and there was a feeling that she wasn't even going to let her go, "I feel like this for you, you know?"

"Now I know", Mia smiled shyly at the brunette.

They looked at each other without taking their eyes off.

Being new girl to Mia Mina is the most common state for her. But being Park Jihyo's lover is one of her favorite situations and circumstances.
