Summary
The line moves forward and Miyuki’s hand drops to Eijun’s waist to pull him along. They’re the next people to be helped and she’s really starting to feel her hunger.
Eijun, on the other hand, forgets all about her and the line when Miyuki’s hands touch him. He pulls at the scarf again, rising up to his tiptoes to get closer to Miyuki’s face. “Kiss!” Eijun demands with his lower lip jutted out in a pout. Miyuki bites his lip to stop his smile from growing though she’s not sure who he’s trying to trick here. The whole thing almost looks out of place on his face, but she finds that it suits him.
“Eijun, we’re--”
“Kiss!” Ejun demands again, pushing as far up on his toes as he can, hands pressed palm first into Miyuki’s chest. Miyuki doesn’t mind, the opposite she thinks. He clicks his tongue and mutters, “brat,” but he’s already bending his neck to slot their mouths together. It looks comfortable, natural, like they’ve done it a million times before and will do it a million times again and again.
