Pureblood Houses; UK & International

Summary:

These are taken from all of the Harry Potter media, including The Crimes of Grindelwald and The Secrets of Dumbledore movies, as well as the games and Hogwarts Legacy.
It's essentially a reference table for all possible unnamed side characters that I may use.

Rowling only had, like, 35 named students throughout the ENTIRE book series. That leaves a good amount of unnamed characters in Harry's year alone.

Notes:

Assuming that there are about 1,000 students in Hogwarts, we divide 1,000 students into 4 houses: 250 students per house. About 35 new students per house, per year. So there should be about 140 students in Harry's year. (Rowling only names 35 students who entered Hogwarts the same year as Harry.) The average birth rate in 1980 was about 1.73.
During a war, it's generally about a third of that.
So, during Harry's birth year, the birth rate was about 0.57666666666. Multiply that by 140, and that gives us 80.73 or 81 students in Harry's year. Since 35 are named, it gives us 46 students left to name. Or about 56.79% of students to name.

Feel free to comment on your favorite one, or attach some info about your OCs, as I'd definitely be up for including them in the story later on.
