   Summary

If anyone had stopped to ask Sycamore how his day had gone, he’d have replied that it had been okay—a little busy, a little stressful, but no one died, so it was all fine!

Sometime after midnight Sycamore woke up to find he'd lost six months, it was now the middle of winter, Lysandre had committed a LOT of crimes, and that the carefully balanced stack of cards that was Sycamore's emotional stability had take a blow heavy of direct cannon fire. But none of that was a reason to not go to work the next day and pretend that everything was fine—Sycamore was Very good at pretending to be fine after all.
