It wasn’t ordinary to see a legendary pokemon eating sandwiches, yet that’s all the dragon was doing. Mei was feeding Koraidon some sandwiches and Shiki was assembling the sandwiches.
“That Herba Mystica really helps you out eh bud?”, Mei asked as she pet Koraidon’s snout.
It growled back happily in response. The two students had devoted parts of their lives to helping Koraidon recover. They would constantly hunt for pieces of Herba Mystica in order to do so. Shiki had finished cutting the Herba Mystica up for another sandwich. However, this was for tomorrow’s sandwich. Shiki stored the herbs in a save place for later and walked over to the couch Mei was sitting on in her apartment. Koraidon was lying on the floor and resting its head on Mei’s lap. It had now fallen asleep and was snoring softly.
“How’s it doing?”, Shiki asked as she sat down on the couch next to Mei.
“It’s better now but it’s still weak. It’ll take some time for it to recover.”
Shiki scooted a bit closer to Mei who leaned on Shiki’s shoulder. Shiki felt content and unintentionally smiled but the warm room and the atmosphere slowly closed her eyes sending her surroundings into a void.
