Work Text:
Peter finally managed to find his way home after several texts and calls from Ned and MJ who were concerned about his patrol.
With more active crimes ramping up, Peter hasn't had any real time to sleep. When he got into the apartment he looked to see arms crossed with stern but concerned looks.
He pursed his lips, and tried to sneak away but, "Peter." was called out and it stopped him. He closed his eyes sighing and faced them again, his vision blurrier than before.
"Before you lecture me, I'm not even tired." Peter said, trying to stifle a yawn but it wasn't working very well.
Michelle and Ned looked at each other and back at Peter shaking their heads, "We're over here, you're talking to a coat." Michelle told him.
Peter blinked again trying to clear his vision and saw it was indeed a coat, it was also his. He thought he was still wearing that coat, huh. Weird.
He turned to face them, he blinked several times to ensure he was looking at them this time, "Oh, I'm still not tired." He told them.
Ned and Michelle didn't even both to argue with him, instead they steered him to the couch, that had been set up for him already.
Peter just went with it, immediately flopping onto the couch, face sunken into the pillow. They draped a blanket over him, and heard light snoring already.
"Uh-huh, not tired at all." Ned said, sitting down close by, MJ following suit. She leaned on Ned's shoulder shaking her head, these boys, it's a good thing she loves them.
Ned placed a kiss on her head, and it's good to know they love her too.
