Details
Barely finished reading the first chapter. It's a modern retelling" that isn't even an "In Name Only". It's outright an original story, and I had a hard time placing who is who with the new names, circumstances and personalities.
The author could have just slapped "inspired by Mansfield Park" to the story and openly acknowledged it as an original story.
Heck, the Audrey Hepburn movie "Sabrina" is more recognizable as modern Mansfield Park than this one is.
So... Definitely Not My Cup Of Tea.

Goddamn that *ending*. Gotta say, the author def hit the same canon "everyone-is-a-dick-about-consent" theme. -
