After the battle at Wano ended. The city threw a feast in celebration of its new found freedom, honoring the pirates that helped save them.
Law wasn't one to hang around parties too much, but after running into Sanji he decided that this was his last opportunity to celebrate the ending of their alliance. Unfortunately he hadn't known that Sanji was already in a relationship with someone else.
