It was a normal day for Tommy. He was allowed to sleep in on weekends , didnt have to many chores and the Twins would even joke around with him! he didnt believe it at first and thought they were just faking it till he trusts them but in the end they never changed , not even after months of him staying , they were always nice to him and never really mean.
the Twins are 16 years old so 5 years older than him , he conciders them brothers now and he calls Phil dad too like they do , when he did that accidently and called him dad infront of them for the first time he thought they would be mad but in reality they were all happy about it and not even one bit mad or anything .
Tommy was out till 6 pm with his best friends Tubbo and Ranboo , they were at the park and in the city but when the other two noticed that Tommy was getting anxious because of the many people they decided to go back to Tubbos house till Phil would get him at 6 pm, so they did. He thought when he wakes up the next day he will go downstairs to somone making breakfast like always then go out in the garden to help Techno in his potatos and other things and later maybe go to Wilbur and listen to his guitar before he would go downstairs and want to play with someone to loose his energy but that wasnt the case it seemed.
Tommy woke up at 10 am , an hour later then usuall and scretched as he stood up before he changed in clothes for the day , what he found a bit weird was that he didnt hear anything other then the birds outside. He was half shifted at the moment so he should hear everything and anyone in the house with his cat ears but he didnt hear anything or anyone..
He got ready for the day , after he was done he made his way downstairs ready to say good morning to someone standing in the kitchen but no one was there. He looked around confused and looked in every room. In the livingroom , bathroom, their rooms and even in the garage before looking in the kitchen again but they were nowhere to be found. Techno ,Wilbur and Phil seemed to be missing right now and not in the house but why didnt they tell him where they would be going and for how long?
Tommy decided to wait an hour and maybe they will be back by then , they didnt abandon him.. no surely not ,he told himself. He looked in the fridge and made himself a sandwich for breakfast before going in the livingroom and turning his favourite show on. He watched the show for an hour while waiting for his family to come back from whatever they were doing but they never came back , he started to feel cold and alone so he decided to turn into his cat form and find a good spot to lay down to get their warmth.
He walked back upstairs to the bedrooms , or well he jumped the stairs up in his little cat form. Once he was upstairs he noticed Wilburs door was still open so he walked inside there looking for a sweater or something from him and luckily he found one under his bed , why was it under his bed? he didnt question it and just layed down on the sweater curling in on himself.
What he didnt think would happen is that he falls asleep for three hours and wake up to yelling from downstairs. It was now 1 pm and there was yelling downstairs which meant they should be back now!
,they didnt abonden me!' Tommy thought as his ears flicked up and he came out of his hidding spot , he walked out of wilburs room and down on the last stair before stopping and sitting down as he listened to what they are saying.
,,Dad stop telling me to calm down! What if he ran away thinking we adondend him or something just because we forgot to tell him we'll be back by 1 pm!" Wilbur yelled as tears ran down his face and Techno hugged him , it wasnt normal for Techno but he knew its what Wilbur needed in that moment.
,,we will find him ,yea? just calm down" Techno sighed as he let Wilbur hide his face on his shoulder
,,dad what if tommy thought we left him and decided to run away!? Or what if something happened!? We know that he panics when people leave without telling him!" Wilbur cried into technos shoulder. Tommy stood back up and meowed to get their attention and like he thought the three looked to him right away.
,,Tommy!" Phil said , voice filled with reliefe as he kneed down to the small cat and went to pick him up but stopped once Tommy flinched away with a small wimper ,,Toms.. we would never hurt you"
,,tommy.. we're really sorry that we left you alone , please come here and we'll explain everything yea?" Phil asked softly , carefuly having his hand out for tommy. Tommy sniffled on phils hand and imediatly leaned against it with small wimpers
,,sorry mate , we were visiting Kristens grave today and forgot to tell you" Phil sighed while carefully stroking him gently behind his ear and tommy just now noticed that they all looked exhausted and tired , he leaned away from Phils hand and ran up to the couch jumping on it and sitting down waiting for the others to sit by him. They chuckled and sat down on the couch , Wilbur on the right of Tommy , Techno on the left and Phil on the other side of the L couch.
Once they all sat Tommy jumped on the coffee table and tried to turn on the TV with his paws ,starting to meow when it didnt work. Wilbur chuckled and turned on the TV for him , he turns on Tommys favourite movie but he meows in protest meaning he wants to watch something else. Wilbur gives him a confused look and Tommy rolls his eyes as he shows him which buttons to press with his little paws , in the end they watched a Family series.
,,come here Toms, cuddles?" Wilbur asked thinking Tommy would imediatly walk over to him but he just ran over to the blankets and tried to pull them to the three with his mouth getting a chuckle from the other three in the room
,,need some help mate?" Phil asked and Tommy shock his head before he transformed back in his human form but with the cat ears and tail before he took the blankets
,,no thank you Phil" He said and put a blanket over each of them before sitting down between Techno and Wilbur
,,thanks" Techno said and pulled Tommy in a side hug , letting him lean his head on his shoulder while Wilbur started to stroke him by his left cat ear as they watched the Series. The three brothers were so focused on the series and cuddles that they didnt even notice how Phil took a picture of the moment.
They stayed like that for half an hour till Tommy tried to lean more onto techno for more warmth but it didnt really work so he turned back in his cat form and strached before he walked over Technos legs and to Phil with a small meow making him look to him
,,Hey toms , whats up?" He chuckled and Tommy tried to climb up onto his chest , Phil chuckled again and helped him up. Tommy sat down and looked at him not knowing what to do now ,,what? want me to pat you?" Phil asked and Tommy nodded before he layed down and Phil started stroking him behind his ear making him purr.
Phil smiled while stroking him before he looked back to the TV , they stayed like that for five minutes before Tommy yawned and stood up walking over to his neck and layed down there, with his face on Phils neck under his chin.
,,really Toms? thats the best spot you could find right now?" Phil chuckled and got a meow from Tommy ,,good that its comfortable for you but not for me you little sh*t" Phil laughed and picked him up before letting him back down on his shoulder getting a small hiss from the cat
,,hey! No hissing!" Phil said and Tommy let out a small hiss again before laying down on his shoulder , head turned to the TV so he can see the show too before he would fall asleep. ,,sorry we didnt tell you when we would be back Toms" Phil sighed and Tommy let out a small meow as a its okay making them all smile
,,want me to make you some chicken ?" Techno asked with a knowing smile and Tommy looking at him with a nod and meow ,,alrigh then" he chuckled and stood up ,walking to the kitchen to make the chicken
,,i want some too!" Wilbur yelled
,,i'll just make chicken for everyone!" Techno yelled back and Wilbur let out a ,yes!' making Phil chuckle and if Tommy could right now he would laugh too.
Tommy closed his eyes and leaned more on Phil again before he fell asleep and ignored all the talking around him.
