    They could not be more different from each other on the surface. He was the brutal, totalitarian leader of a fascist military fixated on galactic domination while she was the rebellious meddler determined to discover the kinks in his armor and exploit them in order to take him down. They were two radically different people on opposite sides of a war intent on destroying one another no matter the cost.

    So why then, with their goals being lightyears apart and their clear disdain for all that the other represents, would she ever agree to meet with him alone?

    Well, she didn’t agree to meet with Kylo Ren. She had agreed to meet with Ben Solo.
