Summary
Abraham is dead, Glenn hasn't stopped bleeding since last night, and, yet, Carl is the next person that Negan calls to the center of the circle.
It goes like this: Negan is simply prepared to push Rick to his break point and finds a great way to get him there: his son. With Abraham's head bashed in and Glenn's leg mangled to bits, he thinks: why the hell not? So, he calls the teen over with the intent of ridding him of his arm.
But Negan's slick. He's detail-oriented, and he takes an eye to the littlest bit of extra pressure in Carl's right foot as he steps. The slightest bit of a deeper sink into the uneven gravel that's left behind in the imprint of his sole. It's not surprising when he holds up his hand, stopping Carl in place. "Well, we'll get to that in a second. First, I wanna' know what the fuck is up with your leg, kid."
