Chapter Text
The Krang wasn’t going to let this happen. He wasn’t going to let the blue turtle get away. He wanted to kill him. He needed to kill him!
But it was no use. A portal opened and a big, red hand came through and grabbed onto the blue turtle. And just as the Krang was about to finish the turtle off, regardless of who was holding him, a giant purple drill hit him in the face. He quickly threw it away, but it was too late. The turtle was through the portal.
But then he saw a new opportunity. The little orange one. The one that threw a building at him. The one who opened the portal to save the blue one. He was still holding the portal open, but he was looking behind him, checking on the blue turtle.
He’ll have to do.
The Krang shot toward the golden portal, arm outstretched. The orange turtle turned back toward the Krang. And he smiled.
The Krang was done with smiling turtles. He pushed himself to go faster and just as he was about to reach the orange turtle, it winked at him and crossed its arms… closing the portal.
The Krang flew through where the portal was only seconds before. Golden sparks still floated in the air as the Krang grabbed for the turtle. The Krang spun upside down and lost track of where he was for a moment. When he got his bearings again he realized that he was once again stuck in the Prison Dimension. All alone. The portal was gone. The turtles were gone. His own siblings were gone.
He looked down at his metal hands and saw golden electricity sparkle on his open fingers. He clenched his fists and let out an anger-filled scream that turned the air around him cold. The orange sparks dispersed when his fists closed, but when he finished screaming, the sparks returned. They swarmed around him and he could feel the mystic power that was contained in them. He grabbed a handful of the sparks out of the air and closed his eyes, focusing.
He could see through the turtle’s eyes. He was with his brothers, hugging… gross. The Krang felt the orange turtle’s emotions.
Fear, almost losing his family; relief, being able to hug his brother; mild annoyance, his brother cracking jokes; proud, he opened the portal.
The Krang growled in anger. Then he felt the turtle’s emotions change.
Anger, the Krang did all of this to his family.
The Krang opened his eyes and stared at his hands, watching as the golden electricity faded away until he didn’t feel the orange turtle’s emotions anymore. He looked around at the other golden particles surrounding his body.
“If I can’t physically harm them anymore,” the Krang said to himself, “then I can at least infect his mental sanity.”
