Summary
You, a trans/expansive transformer, denizen of Caminus, have been friends with Arcee for a decade, going to aesthetics meetings together, sparring with each other... and now you're on your second date after having asked her out. There's a lot to this old bot, firm and compassionate, full of life and so tired at the same time, trusting each other with intimacy will come with a lot of transformations for everyone involved. Do you want to get to know her more, and be there for her, as she fictionally does for folks like us and autonomy itself, and trying to find some love and friendship while she's at it?
This is fic is the most we've pushed the boundary of alien sensual but not sexual. So uh, bear in mind. This will probably appeal to sword lesbians despite not having a lot of sword fighting (If people want that we'll write it no really).
This story wouldn't possible w/o multiple loving communities & friends who helped us through other things or for this and what's in it. It's our 1st attempt at an x-reader fic, want to do more, and this was both the easiest starting point for us and a personally intense one to write.
