Work Text:
Baz was delighted, spinning back and forth and watching the skirt rise and twirl in the air around him. He was looking down with a huge smile on his face, eyes bright and happy.
Izzy stood back with a faint smile. It was odd, seeing someone who looked like him in a skirt - he had hated having to wear them as a child, always forced into dresses and skirts on Sundays.
But it was easy to ignore in the face of Baz’s joy. He was making happy hums and chirping noises as he gathered the petticoats in his hands and fluffed them up, feeling the soft fabric between his fingers.
“Oh Baz, you look wonderful!” Stede exclaims, walking closer and fiddling with the fabric.
Ed walks over to Izzy, slinging an arm over his shoulder, “yeah mate, it looks great on you.”
Baz turns to the three of them with a beatific smile, rocking back and forth on his heels.
“Here darling, look at these other dresses we got!” Stede says as he leads Baz over to the pile
of fabric.
