Dean runs his other hand over Sam’s cheek, his fingers caressing the bruise. “Nobody or nothing is allowed to hurt you without consequences,” Dean says. “And that includes you, Sammy. This is on you, you were in your head during the hunt tonight, have been for a while now. And I can't allow that to keep happening. So, this is the plan for the night,” Dean continues, relaxing his grip on Sam’s hair. “You turn off that big brain of yours, just for tonight, and I’lI take you where you need to go. How does that sound, Sammy?”
