   Summary

Izuku Midoriya was quirkless, which meant he had fewer rights than a cat. Nezu and Izuku bump into each other and Nezu sees Izuku's analysis so he tracks the child down. Buying Izuku from his father was a necessity.

I wrote this because I thought of the idea of quirkless people not having rights and it mixed with an idea based on a fic where Nezu adopted Izuku. This may stay a one-shot or be turned into a series, it depends on how people react as well as if I get any good ideas for it and feel like writing those ideas.
