Danny is handling everything perfectly fine. He died, but he's fine. Really. Completely fine. When everyone else died, though... ok he's not handling it. But he will. He'll go someplace new, get distracted by figuring out how to survive on his own, and he'll push everything down until he has amnesia if that's what it takes. So yeah, he'll handle it. Everything's fine.
