yoongi was relaxing on the couch with jeongguk when his phone beeped and he reached for it to check who messaged him.
"oh, it's yoonji," he said to himself as he opened the message. in it, yoonji told him that she had just returned from a trip overseas and bought some chocolate for them.
"i'll come over sometime next week. does that work for you?"
"yeah, sure, i don't have a meeting next week," yoongi replied. "just text me in the morning of the day."
"sure. and make sure ggukie doesn't eat all the chocolate," yoonji texted. "does he still remember me? it's been a while."
"you'll be surprised," yoongi typed. "he has a good memory."
"dada," jeongguk called as he pouted when he saw yoongi texting instead of patting his back. "who?"
"oh, sorry, baby," yoongi said as he patted jeongguk's back. "it's aunt yoonji. she's coming over to give us some chocolate next week... do you remember aunt yoonji?"
"oh, ggu member," jeongguk said happily. "ggu see when ggu aby... wan wif boo tee."
"when you were a baby?" yoongi asked, mystified. he knew jeongguk had a good memory, but didn't expect him to remember a lot from when he was a baby.
he texted yoonji and told her what jeongguk said, and went back to patting jeongguk's back while waiting for her reply.
"is he psychic? i'm wearing a blue t-shirt right now."
yoongi snorted.
"honestly, it wouldn't surprise me."
