JUNHAO ONE-SHOT
Just a glimpse; A day in a life of married JunHao
Hao woke up with an empty space beside him. His husband, Moon Junhui must have left for work. If you’ll ask Hao, this isn’t new. This is actually an everyday occurrence for the last 3 weeks and he hates it. He hates waking up without morning cuddles, morning kisses and morning sex. Hao, still feeling a bit mad, sat on the bed and grabbed his phone from the bedside table to see if there is a text message from his husband; unfortunately there wasn’t any. He was about to rant-text his supposed ride or die when he noticed a lavender card sized-piece of paper attached to the bedside lampshade.
“Hello! My Baobei. It’s a beautiful morning right? Though I think you woke up after 9 again~ hehe~ I already made breakfast for you~ I also made you your favorite avocado shake~ I am so sorry I left early again. I promise, I kissed and cuddled you before I left for work. I love you~ call me when you’re done with your morning routine, yes?

This is why he can’t stay mad. His husband really knows what to do. Just one letter and look at him feeling giddy just by reading a hand written letter from his Moon. Plus points for writing a cute heart beside the sexy husband part. His handwriting may not be the best out there but at least the heart made an impression.
Now, feeling sad, Hao made his way out of their bedroom to the kitchen. Feeling lazy too, he decided to skip the first part of his morning routine. The thought of the taste of the avocado shake his husband made, made his saliva water. He wants to taste it now. Unsurprisingly, the table where Jun left the breakfast and shake was also left with a letter. This time, it’s written to a pink scented sticky note. Hao knows because it’s his sticky note.
“Hi! Love. Eat the veggies I prepared please? I researched, these are all good for you. Please do listen, hmmm? I love you~

The avocado shake is not your morning milk. Drink the milk first then enjoy the shake~

Hao being the better husband, (that’s what he thinks when he follows the other) followed what was written in the sticky note. He finished his breakfast and went outside the house to his lovely orchid garden. That’s the best spot of the house to enjoy the avocado shake if you’ll ask him.
Again, thinking he is indeed THE better husband, he called Jun. Still in his pajamas. 3 rings and the latter answered with the sweetest voice that’s only exclusive to him. They talked about their mornings with too much iloveyou’s and imissyou’s until Jun was called for a meeting.
Minghao’s day then started after the call. He cleaned the house, took care of his garden, made some calls, lit up some scented candles, checked his avocados, checked his teas, answered emails and more until an alarm from his phone rang. Jun’s going to be home any minute now.
And… there he is! Hao can hear the front door opening and a handsome husband was served.
“Hey love. How was your day? Did I mention how beautiful you are this day?” Jun while walking, ready to hug Hao who is patiently waiting a few meters away from the front door.
“Really a talker. Then what? I’ll wake up again without you beside me tomorrow?” Hao now hugging his husband.
“Love, you know why I need to work harder right? I need to finish all of my works so that I can have more time for you these coming months.” Note that he is saying this while leaving pepper kisses to Minghao’s neck.
“But... it’s the third week now Cheol. I want my cuddles back. The cuddles where I’m actually awake and aware.” Hao now carried by Jun to the dining room.
“hmmm.. how about I wake you up? …”
“That’s a no too!”
“And.. the dragon is out.” Jun while chuckling with the most gentle chuckle someone could do.
After eating dinner with the food Jun cooked, they are now cuddled up with Minghao’s head on Jun’s chest on the living room’s sofa still talking about how Hao hated waking up without Jun by his side. As if he is in a serious debate, Hao even prepared a list why Jun should be the first thing he’ll see when he wakes up.
“Love, I need to see that face first before anything okay? That face is the main reason why I said yes to your cringe proposal”
“Is that so? Then were all the things you told me during our wedding vows all lies?”
“Baobei, I’m serious.”
“Then, I’ll wake you up. That’s the solution love.”
“Love, the solution is not that. Think of something else.”
Jun chuckled again. He sat up and positioned himself so that he can place both of his hands and his ears to Hao’s growing tummy.
“Baby? Can you hear Daddy? How will we fix this problem we have here, hmm? Can you help daddy?” Jun acted as if their unborn child was telling him all the steps and the solution he needs.
Minghao just then stared at his husband’s antics and chuckled.
Oh, just how lucky he is to have this kind of love.
