   Summary

   Vace couldn't ever remember wanting something he couldn't have, but here he was, lying under Rex, desperately wanting more than he could. When it came to Rex, he always wanted more.

   This is what happened between Vace and Rex on the Heliopause.

   It went wrong way before the fight; it started the first time they spent a night together; when the boy who everyone loved took notice of him, and Vace realized he loved him too; and Rex never would, not in the way Vace wanted him to.
   Vace would never let his feelings be a weakness again, and the only way was to make sure Rex would never speak to him again; too bad it meant Rex getting hurt.
