   Summary

   Hitoshi was so sick and tired of living in the group home. He couldn't wait to get into UA and just live in the dorms, at this point, he could give two shits less about getting into the Hero Course, he'd be happy just getting into General Education because then that means freedom. Luckily for him, since he lives in a group home, he doesn't have to worry about expenses as UA offers a foster coverage program which he placed that information on his application and made sure that he applied to all departments, mainly out of desperation.
