Rewriting the stars

Summary:

"Deep music of organs, eyes of family and nobles, clothes fitted to body like a second skin. And so many emotions ringing in head; fear and hesitations mixed into poisonous potion held by cruel sense of obligation, and, deep, deep down - a weak glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, everything will be fine."

Basically a short slice of life chapters filled with fluff.

Chapter Text

Deep music of organs, eyes of family and nobles, clothes fitted to body like a second skin. And so many emotions ringing in head; fear and hesitations mixed into poisonous potion held by cruel sense of obligation, and, deep, deep down - a weak glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, everything will be fine.
That's how it fells when you're about to stand on a wedding carpet with a person you saw once on a photo, with knowledge, that your voice doesn't matter.
Prince and a future princess, bond by destiny their families chose for them. That's how it always been.
Stoles closed his water eyes when a bride entered, trying to avoid for as long as possible something that can't be avoided.
He had to open them eventually, and when he did, everything around him froze. Music became a distant whisper, voices in his mind disappeared like a blown flame on a candle.

Reddish eyes he saw were nothing like the ones he remembered from his childhood. Embers of wildfire somehow gave a place to a warmth midday sun, fury left without a trace, leaving a comforting glim.
Prince felt as a burden of his heart goes away, letting his lungs get filled with a sweet smelling air.

Is that really him?- an uncertain voice of disbelief spoke in Stella's mind – A high prince of Goetia? Wasn't he meant to be a mighty, fearless ruler? Why does he look so... fragile? - regardless her expectations, looking on that shy, tender face couldn't get her disappointed. Anyone with such eyes could never be bad.
Music quieted for real when the two stand before each other. Two souls lost in their existence, desired to find themselves but too afraid to do anything, now got a chance to create something they never had.
