[ON HIATUS] A Place In The Distance: Season 1

Summary:

Ten objects find themselves stranded on a strange island, unable to recall what happened only moments prior. All they know is that there was something about some missing objects from other worlds, nothing else.

It is then that an object by the name of “Sir Slitherin” appears, and tells the group that several objects have been taken by an evil force and are currently being held hostage! They offer to help train the group so that they may rescue these souls, but with a twist: it’s all in the form of a competition show! The winner will receive a magic wish that allows for anything to happen, and the losers? Well, let’s just say they’ll be…less fortunate.

With time ticking down, only one of these objects can win the prize…but how on earth are they going to decide who gets eliminated after each challenge?

As many of you might know, there was a whole “story” LightyBulb made that talked in detail about what was going down. Characters were requested, writers and artists asked to be involved, etc.

However! Much has changed since then, as some characters have been swapped around or modified a little.

This is due to some of the users not providing us with their character’s information (or at least, in detail) within a timely manner. Same goes for the writers and artists. Our main form of communication is Google Chat, so if your email was not provided in the document then we couldn’t add you. Sorry!

That being said, we hope you enjoy the story! Keep in mind that we are not professional writers! This story is made purely for fun, so while constructive criticism is appreciated, know that this is just a fun fan project!

Notes:

So far, LightyBulb is the only co-creator because he came up with the idea first. Technically a few people aided in writing this, but they may be added later when more writing is done.
