Blue Lock High School, the prestigious football school. Very famous for having a great football team, almost everyone who has attended here have become very successful in the football field. And guess who goes to Blue Lock? The famous Rin Itoshi, the young football genius, and the little brother of football prodigy Sae Itoshi.
Want a list of things he succeeds in? Well he’s:
A football genius
Very competitive
Popular
Top of his class
Off the charts handsome (model level)
A great cook
Well off
Basically I could go on and on, he has every great quality.
Well, this genius has set his eye on a certain, smaller, black hair boy. His name was Isagi, he also attended blue lock. And though he didn’t have the same great qualities as Rin, there was one thing he actually had that Rin didn’t. Isagi was probably one of the most approachable, friendliest people at blue lock, way different than Rin’s almost asshole like personality. There was almost never a time where you’d see Isagi alone, he has befriended almost the entire school, except for some people who held a grudge after getting their asses kicked by Isagi on the field.
Since Isagi has supposedly been pissing off Rin everyday (or that’s just what Rin has been saying), you could’ve probably never guessed that Rin would have the FATTEST crush on Isagi. Isagi was his first crush, ever, in the past 16 years (though there was a girl he liked when he was 6). Having THE Rin Itoshi as your secret admirer is one hell of an accomplishment, or maybe a bad one, considering what Isagi has to go through everyday to deal with Rin.
Well, point is, you could tell anyone in Blue Lock that Rin likes Isagi, and they’d think you were crazy… unless if they actually did see it with their own eyes. Rin was actually so obvious when it came to liking Isagi. Yes, he did insult Isagi 24/7, but did he seem like he meant any of them? Well, actually yeah a bit but mostly no. He was like any tsundere in a show, and it was crazy painful to watch him interact with Isagi.
The only person who hasn’t realized any of Rin’s actual intentions was Isagi, who thinks he’s the biggest asshole in existence.
So when Rin started wondering why Isagi was starting to avoid him, he decided that the first person he’d go ask is his older prodigy brother, Sae Itoshi.

“BAHAHAHHAHAHA ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID?”
Of course his brother had to have Shidou over. This annoying little bastard has been staying here almost everyday for the past month. Sae said that there really wasn’t anything going on, but who just allows a little pest to stay in their apartment EVERY DAY?
“Dude, of course he’s going to avoid you, do you think insulting someone everyday is attractive??”
Oh will someone just shut him up, right now.
“Sae, can you please get your boyfriend to shut the fuck up, I didn’t come here for this.”
“No. He’s right.”
What the fuck, shouldn’t his brother be on his side??? Well I guess when he thinks about it, he probably wouldn’t want someone insulting him everyday, but truthfully it didn’t matter since no one was brave enough or even good enough to insult THE Rin Itoshi.
“Well then what should I do?”
“Get him to like you, obviously.” Shidou replied, and then lied down on the couch to put his head on Sae’s lap.
“Well can you elaborate more on that? Instead of being all lovey-dovey in front of me?”
It was too late, none of them were listening to him now. Maybe it’s just better for him to leave them be, since it’s not like they’ll be helpful now.
Now Rin Itoshi’s new mission has now begun, ‘get Isagi Yoichi to fall for me’. A task so simple for a guy who has made all of his football opponents drop to their knees in defeat, a guy who has hundreds of emails from modeling agencies who want to work with him, a guy who has never gotten below a 95 on any school assignment, a guy who excels in everything.
…almost everything. There is one thing that is left out in the never-ending lists of successes for Rin. And that is flirting. Yes, you heard me, THE Rin Itoshi has absolutely no game, even the monk boy Igarashi has more game. So, how will he win over the heart of the pure boy Isagi Yoichi? Well in all truth, he probably won’t, but there is always no harm in trying, right?
Rin Itoshi has decided to change anything, and everything, to get Isagi to fall for him.

Rin came to school the next day in a very expensive outfit, which was thankfully not a suit, and had his hair done very nicely. He literally looked like a model from the front cover of a magazine. He had bought roses from a flower shop, they were in perfect condition. Who couldn’t like a charming, handsome man? There was no way someone could turn down someone like this.
Rin was being stared down all throughout his walk to school. You could hear the occasional, “woah, is he a model?” whisper, or a “maybe I should go ask for his number, you dare me?”
He got stared down way more at school though, no one has ever seen him dress up like this before, and he had flowers? No one had a clue what this man was doing, til he went to his first class, math, and went up to Isagi telling him that he wanted to meet him at the back of the school during lunch. And suddenly, everyone knew what Rin was up to.
“Are you actually going to meet him behind the school?” Asked Chigiri, one of Isagi’s good friends.
“I don’t want to seem like an asshole for not showing up, but at the same time, I think he is going to assault me or something.” Replied Isagi. He was too nice for his own good, agreeing to meeting up with someone who literally insults him 24/7.
“I don’t think that’s the reason, Isagi.” Bachria says.
“He’s probably going to confess to you.”
“I agree.” Says Nagi.
“Dude, he definitely will. I mean did you see what he was wearing.” Reo chimed in.
“Enough with your jokes guys, you always say this. He hates me so much, do you think he’d actually like me? And even so, I definitely wouldn’t like him back, he’s such an asshole!”
Everyone started to look at each other, and snickered.
“Sure, Isagi.”
Isagi would probably pass out from shock after hearing how crazy Rin is for him…

And the long awaited time finally came, 12:45, lunch time.
Rin had bolted to the back of the school as soon as he heard the ‘RINGGGG’ of the school bell. He brought his flowers and everything. He was a bit nervous, who wouldn’t be during a confession? But mostly all of his worry disappeared when he remembered how handsome he was today, I mean no one can turn down a man with a good looking face.
“Rin.”
Isagi showed up right behind him, he looked a bit angry.
“What do you need to tell me?”
Oh and did I forget to mention, the other guys decided they’d come to spy on the 2, they just knew a story like this would do amazing on the school newspaper.
All 4 of them were behind a bush, spying. And now it had finally started. The long confession of Rin’s, so long it almost sounded like a wedding vow.
“..You’re like the peanut butter to my jelly, Isagi.”
Chigiri covered his mouth and gagged, hearing what Rin was saying was awful. He probably searched up that line on google too, ‘34 Cute Lines To Add In Your Love Confession’. Was he really 16 and not 7? Even a 5th grader could confess better than him.
The speech went on for almost another 2 minutes.
“… and ever since that day I’ve been in love with you, go out with me now.”
Oh it was so bad that Chigiri just wished he could forget Rin’s entire 4 minute long speech. The worst part is that 3 minutes and 30 seconds of that speech he gave, was just him insulting Isagi. The end even sounded like an order… ‘go out with me now’.
Oh goodness the silence couldn’t have been longer, everyone was staring at Rin, and Bachira had it on camera (of course) and Reo was just snickering behind the bush.
“Is this a joke?” Isagi broke the silence, his fist were tightened so hard, his knuckles turned white.
“Do you take me for a fool? Is it that fun to mess with me? You’re such an asshole. And if the confession really was serious, just know that entire confession was just you insulting me!” Isagi slapped the flowers out of Rin’s hands.
They both then just stood there. Rin was flabbergasted.
Eventually, Isagi said “I’m leaving now.” And now the boy started to walk away.
“Uh..”
Shit. Rin had to make up something fast.
“Well I never liked you anyway, you’re fucking lukewarm.”
Ok. That definitely wasn’t supposed to slip out.
Isagi stormed off while holding up his middle finger at Rin. It was actually really funny and cute, for Rin at least. But not even a second later, he realized that he had fucked up. Really bad. So bad that Isagi might not ever talk to him again.
(That wasn’t the only realization though, as Chigiri has now confirmed that Rin Itoshi is indeed 7 years old.)
They have concluded that Rin Itoshi needs some serious help.

I honestly feel bad for Rin, he’s an asshole but the confession was honestly so pathetic I actually think we need to help him.

Oh god and just when they thought Rin couldn’t get worse, Rin came to school, with his hair covering his left eye, black eyeshadow on his right, and was covered in black head to toe.
…What the fuck did they just agree to get into.
