Y/n pov:
Today was going to be a long day at work, I was up late face timing my family. I hardly see them but I knew that when I finally moved to Seoul after finishing my schooling. I take a sip of my iced coffee trying to gather myself in a way that is semi-professional so I can meet with the team and Stray Kids to discuss what the next week will bring for everyone.
""Y/n!"
"Yes?". I said while walking to the conference room
" Do you have any ideas what will be going on this week?" Yi-Joon asked.
" No but I can guess that there will be one show and probably a photo shoot." I said boredly knowing what these meetings had in store for managers.
When I enter the conference room I see my boss and all of the different managers that handle Stray Kids sitting on one side of the table. On the other side of the table I see Stray Kids themselves looking tired but present for the meeting. I hope that after this meeting they are able to get rest in time for whatever the company throws at them this week. I sit myself down beside Yi-Joon and listen to what the head manager has to say about this upcoming week.
"This week I have planned for Stray Kids to have a photo shoot on wednesday and to film a Stz Code episode on Friday" Manager nim said
Several of the fashion and photography managers asked several questions trying to iron out the details that went into planning these types of events. I sat there silently not really thinking or saying much unless I asked for clarification as a general scheduling manager. After all the questions had been answered the meeting ended shortly after, leaving all of us to go back to offices and plan ahead for what is going to happen this week.
-Brief Time Skip-
After working for a couple of hours I realized that I should finalize some things with Bang Chan-ssi so that the schedule does not overwork them. I Start my search by looking in the studio spaces Chan-ssi regularly uses. After searching the various studios I find that he has chosen his old studio to work in today, I quickly knock on the door.
Chan-ssi?" I called hoping that he could hear me through the door, after a few seconds I heard quiet shuffling and the door opened.
"Oh hello Y/n-nim I was not expecting you at this time, is there something you need?" Chan-ssi said with slight confusion upon his face.
"Yes there is, I wanted to check and see if this schedule works for you guys and if it doesn't we can change it now if you are able." I said politely.
Chan-ssi nodded and silently led me to the desk within the studio to go over the schedule, while he was looking over the schedule I looked around the studio to find it clean minus a few drink bottles and some unopened packets of ramen.
"I think the schedule fits well for us but I would have to ask the rest of the boys to make sure, is it ok if I check with them later at the dorms." he asked, breaking my observation of the room.
"Yeah, sure that is no problem just email or use the company phone if there are any issues with the schedule." I said with reassurance.
"Chan-ssi? How long have you been working in here" I asked with concern
Chan quietly responds "Since after this meeting."
"Have you eaten anything since breakfast, you know that you have to eat or else you will get sick or faint." I say with a tone of authority.
" I know that, I just lost track of time" he says defensively.
" I figured you did, but I want you to take care of yourself as well. I know how you make sure everyone else in the group is well but you need to listen to your body as well. You are only human" and can only last so long without help." I say, sounding more like a parent than a manager.
Chan looks at me for a second and nods,
"I better leave, I hope the schedule will work out well. Have a good evening Chan-ssi." I say quickly before rushing out of the room and into the halls of jyp.
-Time Skip-
After my conversation with Chan-ssi I make it back to my office in record time and dive into my work trying to forget that I had overstepped with him. As I finally leave my office at the scheduled time I walk to the bust stop heading off to my apartment.
The bus ride home was uneventful and I took the stairs. I reached my door and locked it after I stepped through the door. I was greeted by my cat Kiki, who meowed to demand ear scratches.
"Well hello to you too KIki!How was your day?" I said in a cute voice.
After I greet Kiki I walk into my bedroom and change into some comfortable clothes and make my way to the kitchen so I can make my dinner. My dinner is simple kimchi chicken and rice. Kiki looks at me with longing eyes
I rapidly tell her "This is my food not yours, sorry kitty"
After I finished my meal I curled up on my couch and watched a little tv to pass the time before I showered and went to bed. Just after I have finished my shower and skincare routine I heard the company phone I had start buzzing, I quickly ran over to the counter and answered the phone
" Hello this is Y/n how can I help you" I said to the phone almost robotically.
"Hello y/n nim this is Bang Chan, I was calling to tell you that the schedule does indeed work for everyone". He said.
"ok , that's great. I am glad it worked out that way normally it does not. Good night and I will be in my office tomorrow if you need to speak to me." I say
After we both finish saying our goodbyes I start to head to bed. I see that Kiki has made himself comfortable on my bed, I join him gladly and start to fall to sleep.
