Summary
A millennia ago, you were a goddess, a long-forgotten goddess. Accepting your fate as someone who would never be even remembered, let alone worshipped, you had moved on. That was until, one day a young boy leaves an offering at your shrine, not knowing what the consequences would be. But turns out your idols don't feel the same about you.
The chapters would alternate between PRESENT and PAST, both stories continuing simultaneously until they meet. The chapter titles would indicate if it is the PAST or the PRESENT.

Dream shook his head fondly at the "kinda" and threw an arm around George's shoulders. "It might have been stress but...we've both been much more stressed in the past and nothing like that has happened. And you're sure I didn't cross any line.....?"
"Yes, yes I'm sure, Dream" George mumbled into his mug, truthfully. Dream hadn't crossed any lines. He'd just....seemed to have made new ones.
