    Coming off a year of dealing with his parents' estate, Jared buys an old mansion in the country with the goal of becoming the proprietor of a B&B and a novelist. The house has a dark past, but he scoffs at the idea that it's haunted. Then, he gets the feeling he's being watched and strange things begin to happen in the house. A brutal murder in town has the local sheriff looking into the murder of Jared's parents. While events have Jared questioning reality, Jensen woos him the only way he knows how.
