Jason had worried about having a girlfriend; that it would be a distraction like his coach had said or a fornicating sin like his pastor had said, yet Chrissy had been nothing of the sort.
If anything, she pushed him to excellency, they jogged together in the mornings, stayed long after their teams had left the gym.
and if you want to speak of holy, what of her beauty, kindness, her incredible ability to forgive and he knew he was trying.
