Liu hadn't been feeling well lately, he was tired and kept thinking about what had happened to his brother, contemplating if it was his
fault, of which he had convinced himself it was no matter how many time Sully said it wasn't. Speaking of his other personality; Sully had
been fronting more often lately making Liu even more stressed because Sully often came across as mean and selfish even though Liu knew he wasn't trying to be that way. Sully was actually really nice when you got to know him.
Liu looked up in the half sized Victorian style mirror, bringing himself half way out of his thoughts. As he stares at himself he brings a hand
up to the bandages covering his newly stitched stitches. From all the stress built up Liu had gotten into the terrible habit of picking at his stitches leaving them to come undone and hang off to the side.
Just as he was about to take off the bandages Ben walked into the bedroom attached to the bathroom Liu was currently residing in.
"Baby?, where are you? I didn't see you downstairs for dinner."
Ben ponders, walking closer to the bathroom.
" I'm in the bathroom!"
Liu yelled back.
Ben comes to the open door and leans against the door frame.
" Is it hot in here or is that just you?"
When Ben gets no witty remark back from Sully and no deep red blush from Liu he realizes something is wrong.
"Liu, darling, is something wrong?"
Ben comes up to Liu and caresses the green eyed teens scarred arms. When a single tear comes from Liu's eye Ben lifts his hands to lay on either side of the others face slowly wiping the tears away with his thumbs.
" I just- Jeff - he.. it was all my fault if I hadn't of-" Liu's whisper was cut off by a soft kiss to his chapped lips.
"You didn't do anything wrong that day, Jeff just. he didn't know how else to control his anger and frustration."
Ben slowly feels Liu's body begin to shake.
"Not that it gives him any excuse as to why he tried to kill you and.. why he killed your parents" Ben whispers that last part in a hushed voice knowing it was a sensitive topic.
"But you have to remember; it's not your fault."
At this point Liu had been full in crying.
"I'm just so confused"
Liu looked so innocent and devastated
" And that's okay; one day you'll figure it out."
Ben almost didn't have time to bring Liu into a hug before Sully peaked up
" Unlike you and the level you’re trying complete in that game of yours.
Ben laughed before pulling Liu back into another kiss.
"There's the sweet boy I know; now let's go re-bandage your stitches, these bandages are all wet."
