Work Text:
Aether was sitting in the middle of the bed, wearing only a red silk robe that he had bought on his trip to Inazuma just for this occasion.
He and Albedo had been in a relationship for a year and the only thing they'd done was hold hands and share a few shy kisses, nothing more. The traveler was the one who wanted to go a step further, he trusted Albedo, he wanted his first time to be with him.
Aether didn't take long to tell the alchemist that he was trans — if Albedo had a problem with that, the relationship would end at the same moment, as much as it would make the blond sad and disappointed at first, he knew he deserved someone who accepted him completely.
The problem was that Aether talking about his body and Albedo seeing it with his own eyes were totally different things.
"Are you okay?" Albedo asked, kneeling down next to him on the mattress, his voice showing his concern at the traveler's sudden silence.
"I am." Aether answered, but his voice trembled a little. They were kissing a few minutes ago and everything was fine. Until Albedo took off his shirt, his skin free of marks other than the symbol on his neck made the blond suddenly feel insecure.
"We don't have to do anything you don't want to." Albedo reassured him, his fingers finding Aether's that were restless against the sheet beneath them. The blond shook his head.
"I want to." he said with certainty “It's just that…” he looked away, his voice getting lower “It's not pretty…”
“You're stunning.” Albedo sincerely replied "I can't imagine anything about you that wouldn't be too."
The blond felt his face get hot, he searched Albedo's eyes for anything that made him feel that this wasn't a good idea, that it would be better to stop there. But he only found a deep admiration in his gaze that shared how real those words were.
Aether brought his hands to the opening of his robe, he was wearing lingerie underneath — something Albedo didn't know yet — but only the bottom part, his torso was bare and the night breeze made his body shiver.
The alchemist let his gaze wander over the blond's body, every bit of skin that was exposed as the silk slid down his arms until the robe fell to the mattress. The traveler bit his lip nervously, unable to face his boyfriend, trying to calm his heart and not listen to the part of his mind that was aware of the scars on his chest.
He heard Albedo take a deep breath and curiously decided to see what expression the alchemist was making.
Aether bit his lips even harder when he noticed how dark Albedo's eyes were — initially focused on the red lingerie that adorned his thighs, matching the underwear he had chosen — and then going up with an attentive gaze that seemed to want to memorize every little detail.
When their eyes met, Aether felt his body tremble with a pleasurable shiver. Albedo looked at him adoringly, as if he was divine.
“Aether…” the alchemist said, extending his arm and waiting for the traveler to nod his head, consenting that he could touch him. His fingers ran slowly over the traveler's waist, feeling the contrast in texture between the skin and the garter belt the blond was wearing. Aether felt his breath hitch, still caught in the intensity of Albedo's eyes.
“I was created to be perfect.” the alchemist said. Aether felt his body going backwards as Albedo got closer, it wasn't long until he was lying with his back on the mattress.
“I never understood, however, what the concept of perfection is.” his boyfriend said, leaning over him, kissing a spot just above his navel. The soft, sweet touches didn't let Aether think about how exposed he was “Until I met you…” The sincerity in Albedo's voice made a broken moan escape the blond's lips. The alchemist continued to trace kisses over his torso, not getting too close to where the scars were because he didn't know if Aether would be comfortable with that, but it was clear how much he was worshiping the body beneath his.
"So good and so sweet…" Albedo whispered, the words spilling out of his mouth without him even noticing, causing a warm sensation to run through the outlander's veins.
"I'm not—" he tried to disagree, but the alchemist nibbled at his skin, making his voice catch in his throat from the sudden sensation.
“Yes, you are,” Albedo said, his eyes darting to meet the blond's, his lips brushing against his abdomen with every word “every flaw, every mark, every scar. Pure perfection.”
The traveler whimpered, stretching his arms to try to touch any part of his boyfriend he could reach, yearning to feel him even closer. The alchemist adjusted his position so that he was lying on top of the blond's body, their legs intertwining.
"There isn't a part of you that I don't love." Albedo smiled and Aether felt his heart melt. He pulled the alchemist in for a kiss, not caring how complicated it was to kiss while the phrase “I love you” slipped out of his mouth over and over again.
