Cassie knows who he is, of course. She has heard her dad talk about him plenty of times. She just wasn't expecting to see him here. Captain America. Steve Rogers. Fighting the same fight she is. For equal rights and care for the homeless population, making sure there was a place for everyone in the post-Blip society. Against the rich, against corruption, against injustice.
"The cops are coming kid, you might wanna run," Steve says.
Cassie shakes her head. "I stand up for the little guy. My dad taught me that."
Steve gives her an approving look.
They get arrested.
