"Hmm humm..wait..who's that?" Childe squinted. "Wait is that-" he sprinted towards the mountain.
"Hah, caught ya" he said with heavy breaths.
"What's with Cloud Retainer's student trying to off themselves.." he said, putting the lady down.
"Huh? What do you mean by trying to off themselves?" she tilted her head.
"Oh I mean like-" he motioned his hand to his neck.
"Oh..but why did you mention master?" she crossed her arms.
"It's cuz I heard from Xiao that his girlfriend fell off a mountain once, but that was cuz she fell asleep" he laughed.
"IS GANYU OK!?!?" she grabbed his shoulders.
"Y-YES SHE'S FINE!" he yelled awkwardly.
"Oh thank Rex Lapis" she sighed.
"Uhm Shenhe? Could you put me down, please and thank you.." Childe chuckled.
"OH! Please accept one's apology!" she put him down and bowed.
"Stop bowing Shenhe! Well- to me at least..it makes me feel weird" Childe scratched his head.
"Sorry.." Shenhe looked down.
"Hey hey no worries, don't get all sad!" he lifted her chin up.
"Now why don't you give me a big smile!" Childe smiled.
Shenhe redned. She the most subtle smile Childe had ever seen.
"Aww look at you! You're so cute!!" he pinched her cheeks.
"O-One needs to get back to training.." she turned to leave.
"Uh uh where you going? Training this late?" he grabbed his hand.
"This isn't late?" Either way, one needs to get b-" "No no, your coming with me" he cut her off.
"What? Where? Why?" she questioned.
"To my place because it's really late" he answered before dragging her.
"One can walk!" she said.
"Meh, I'm still going to drag you" he smirked.
(At Childe's House)
"Ah, home sweet home!" Childe walked in, holding Shenhe's hand.
"Is this your house?" Shenhe asked.
"Yeah..do you not like it?" he turned.
"Oh no no, one thinks it's very nice and..comforting.." she looked around.
"Good cuz it'll be OURS.." he muttered.
"Pardon?" she asked.
"Oh nothing" he smiled.
"Now, why don't you go and get comfortable on the couch and I'll get you some tea" he said.
"Oh ok.." she said.
"Ugh Childe how could you be so stupid and say that out loud" he thought.
"Ok whatever, time to make my future wifey some tea!" Childe pranced his way to the kitchen.
"Here you go, your tea!" he placed it on the table. "Careful, it's hot"
"Thank you" she said before taking a sip.
"Mh, it's very good" Shenhe said.
"Glad you liked it dear" Childe said before he too took a sip of his own tea.
"Dear?" she froze.
"W-What do you mean by dear?" she blushed.
"Did I say dear? Oh I meant..uh..oh uhm I- you probably heard me wrong..haha.." he laughed nervously.
"I'll take your cup if you're cup" he said.
"O-Oh ok.." Shenhe before giving him her up. Childe speed walked away before she could say anything else.
"Crap, CHILDE YOU IDIOT WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT!?!" he hit himself multiple times. He fake sobbed while washing the cups.
"..." Shenhe stared into space.
"How could he blatantly say that" she blushed. Childe walked back into the living room to see Shenhe just, red.
"Shenhe? Are you ok?" he asked, sitting down next to her. She turned her head away from him and placed her hands on her lap.
"Yes.." she responded, still a bit flustered.
"Alrighty, oh right! I wanted to ask why did you try and, you know" he questioned.
"Oh, one wasn't going to so such, one was training." she said, looking at him.
"What type of training is that? Oh whatever, Shenhe, want a change of clothes?"
"Hm? Oh..no, one is ok with this attire" she looked down.
"Nah you're going to freeze with that on, I should have sweater you can wear" he said, Shenhe looked up at him, surprised at what he said.
"R-Really..?" she asked.
"Yeah of course!" he laughed. Childe looked at Shenhe and pushed her hair behind her ear.
!!BAM!!
"AH OWW!!" Childe cried, cupping his cheek.
"OH MY REX LAPIS!! ONE IS SO SORRY!!" Shenhe got up and bowed.
"It's-"
BOOM.
Childe had collapsed.
